The wanderings of a modern ronin.

If it's true what the left really says...

...that Bush is simultaneously a drooling moron and a criminal mastermind...
...that our military presence causes terrorism...
...that the U.S. is an irredeemable shithole of a country that must be wiped off the face of the earth...
...that conservatives are all mouthbreathing, goosestepping mudbloods worthy only of the most poisonous scorn and contempt...

...then the complete lack of political violence on their part speaks volumes of their moral cowardice.

Bush is just a plain old moron. I see nothing in him that so much as hints of the masterful. Cheney and Rove are the intelligent ones.

Our military presence in Iraq does indeed fuel the fires of terrorism there. But if you refuse to believe that when a Congressional report says it straight up, then there's no way I'm going to convince you.

I love this country's principles, but I hate the stupid redneck 52% who couldn't seem to care less about shredding those principles and the Constitution in which they are written. And gee, I wonder what political affiliation 99% of those rednecks are?

Liberals don't call people mud-bloods - we actually value people different than us.

We also don't think violence is the answer to our problems - that tendency is firmly on your side of the aisle. If you believe in violence as a solution, enlist right now and prove it. But I don't think you will. You lack the will to take any more action than posting on your LJ.

I have taken action - remember, I'm getting the fuck out of this country. After long thought, I've decided that the only winning move... is not to play.

And if you think I'm wrong about any of this, I'd love to see you post some actual evidence for such. But I don't think you can. Like us liberals or not, agree with us or not, you still can't refute the realities that there is still not a shred of evidence that Iraq had any WMDs, that we in fact have made Iraq worse that it was under Saddam, that terrorism is indeed stronger today that it was on 9/11, and that you are quite simply wrong. About almost everything.

And even when the world comes and smacks you down, rubs your nose in how wrong you are, you still believe that waving a flag around is a (more than) adequate substitute for actual thinking.

I only wish George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, John Adams, Benjamin Franklin and Alexander Hamilton were here today, so they could tell you what you are, straight to your face. Sadly, they are dead. Boy, do we need them more than ever today.

But thank you for being a coward, and refusing to allow comments to your entry, so I have to post this here.

Because now I get to wish you good luck with your typical redneck, NeoCon tactic of locking out dissent. Doesn't work so well now that we're in my LJ. As the old vet said of the flag on his sleeve: "You can't burn this one..."

The camera sends back video wirelessly to the goggles. The camera is mounted on a two-axis of rotation actuator, and the goggles have a gyro-sensor. So when he looks around, so does the camera on the plane! It's about as close to real flying as you can get without forking over the ~$10,000 worth of training for a private pilot's license. The video has actual flight footage showing off the system.
