Rolling Stone has done an excellent political character assassination piece on W:

No lack of thoroughness here! That's a damn complete argument for W being a total failure.

(Actually, he won't be a total failure until he leaves office with Osama bin Laden still at large. Which is still the most likely outcome.)

Funny thing about Osama. I have heard (unconfirmed (obviously)) that Osama died of kidney failure in a Pakistani hospital in 2002. Which is why we haven't had any actual sightings of him since that year. It has also been postulated that all the audio tapes that have been released have been clever US Government ruses; this postulation is supported by the fact that only the CIA has "confirmed" the "authenticity" of any of said tapes, and some independent labs have said 95% chance it is NOT Osama. Conspiracy theory also holds the Government is doing this to keep the people supplied with the proper Boogey Man and fallback for the "War on Terror".

Do I believe it?

Not enough information to say. The important thing though, is why all the audio tapes? Why not video? Why hasn't he been seen in over 3 years, by anyone? Why are independent labs saying CIA confirmed tapes aren't the real thing?

Questions, questions questions, and not enough answers to go around.

Undoubtedly though, W is the worst president of the United States ever, bar none.

If true, that's great. But given that the CIA doesn't seem to be on great terms with W, I have to wonder why they'd cover for him. Also, I'm not sure what benefit the Bush II admn derives from keeping his death secret. People have made the "useful boogeyman" argument, and maybe it's just me, but do I live in fear of Osama nad Al Qaida? Not even close. It definitely doesn't stop me from opposing Bush in any way, shape or form. But, maybe that's just me...
