Nah, see, Bush is finally figuring out this Machivallian thing, for once...

First, he gives nukes to Iran so he can be sure they do have WMD before he invades.

Second, he flushes the CIA of all those pesky people who told the truth about Iraq and installs his own people who will make sure bin Laden stays free.

Thus, he justifies an eternal WAR ON TERRAH(!!), the better to shred the constitution with!


But no worries. When he leaves office in 2k8 and bin Laden is still on the loose, plotting his next attack on the USA, Bush's failure as president and status as the second or third worst chief exec in the history of America will be complete...

* Harding. His administration was so corrupt it even made W's $2 billion handout to Halliburton subsidary Kellog, Brown & Root look not so bad.

* Buchanan. He was pro-slavery, and basically let the civil war happen.
