This is an executive order saying that if the President says you support the TERRAHists... then he gets to take all your stuff away on the spot. No proof required. No court, no judge, no jury. Poof, everything you own, gone.

So in case you're fucking stupid (which you are) let me explain: Dubya just unilaterally revoked the 5th Amendment.

Pop quiz, America, you land of fucking morons: which two constitutionally guaranteed rights from the Bill of Rights do you technically still have? (Hint: The First Amendment is not one of them.)

I think perhaps I'm going to stop making political posts now. There's really no point any more. Dubya is absolute emperor, and nobody - not the citiziens, not any of the spineless bottom-feeding whores in Congress, NOBODY, is going to do a damn thing about it. So I'm going to sit back and laugh at you stupid, pathetic, cowardly idiots until my sides hurt. Then I'll move to Australia and laugh at you some more.

Sic transit gloria Americana. I thought we'd last longer than 225 years.

Wasn't that provision originally included in the Patriot (sic) Act?

In any case, they'll have a fucking hard time finding people stupid enough to attempt to enforce it. All it'll take is one Ruby Ridge-style siege, and the Administration will have lost its final tiny scrap of credibility.

Seriously, people are pissed off enough that it WILL come down to shooting.

It wouldn't be the first time that's occurred in the USA's history.. remember those things called "internment camps" for Japanese citizens? That was the same thing on a much larger scale.

Not that I like it or anything.. the whole administration is freaking awful.

Still the most shameful thing to ever happen in the "land of the free." George Takei (Sulu from Star Trek) was one of the people we threw into camps because they happened to have Japanese parents.

These days, of course, Dubya & Co are sending innocent people who just happened to be born with an unpopular ethnicity to secret camps in Cuba and Europe. But shhh... don't tell anyone! Oh hell, go ahead and tell everyone. They won't believe you anyway.

The fifth amendment was revoked a long time ago... but that's immaterial.

Looking at the Bill of Rights, the only amendment I see that is technically still in place is the Third Amendment : No soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.

What's the other one you're thinking of?
