Coffee may cut the risk of dementia by blocking the damage cholesterol can inflict on the body, research suggests. The blood-brain barrier of rabbits fed a fat-rich diet was protected in those given a caffeine supplement.

Plenty of Taurine in the steak, no need to add more from Red Bull.

Bleah, RedBull! Hate that stuff. Tastes like chewing gum.

Tonkatsu is pork cutlet (most commonly with panko batter in the case of Japanese cuisine). Tonkotsu refers to cuisine that uses broth made from pork bones. In this case tonkotsu ramen refers to ramen with the soup made from pork bone broth (and, maybe, slices of pork too, dunno).

The 'katsu' in 豚カツ is short for cutlet which is used for something that's breaded while 豚骨 refers to pork bone.

Looks like the question has been answered (very thoroughly) already. ^^

Yes.. Tonkotsu is not a spelling error.
